Vaghtyar Terms of Service

Document version:
1.0
Effective date:

1. Introduction

These terms govern access to and use of Vaghtyar, including its website, booking pages, subdomains, integrations, and scheduling services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Vaghtyar

Vaghtyar is a time and appointment management platform for creating booking pages, managing availability, receiving appointments, synchronizing calendars, and managing appointment information. Vaghtyar does not provide the professional services being booked and is not a party to the professional relationship between a provider and a client.

3. Definitions

A Service Provider is an individual or organization that uses Vaghtyar to offer services and receive bookings.

A Client is an individual who books or requests an appointment. A User is any individual or organization that uses the services.

4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep their accounts up to date, protect their login credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. To the extent permitted by law, the account owner is responsible for activity conducted through their account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Vaghtyar may restrict registration or request additional identity verification for security, legal compliance, or platform integrity purposes.

5. Provider and Client Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, services, prices, availability, appointment policies, professional qualifications, client communications, and legal compliance. Clients must provide accurate information and follow the policies communicated by providers.

Vaghtyar does not guarantee a provider's qualifications, service quality, or appointment outcome. Unnecessary sensitive information should not be entered in booking forms or calendar descriptions.

6. Bookings

Appointment creation, management, rescheduling, and cancellation features are provided when enabled. Providers determine appointment times, prices, and conditions, and paid bookings may be subject to successful payment. A booking confirmation does not guarantee attendance by either party or the outcome of a service.

7. Calendar and Third-Party Service Connections

By connecting an external service such as Google Calendar, a user authorizes access to and use of the information required for the requested feature. External services are governed by their own terms and limitations, and users may disconnect them when that option is available.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, and Vaghtyar does not store full payment card details. Prices, billing periods, and renewal or cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase.

Subject to consumer protection laws, subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refunds for professional services are a matter between the provider and the client.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content. Each user grants Vaghtyar a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the services and is responsible for having the necessary rights to it.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Vaghtyar for unlawful activity, fraudulent bookings, impersonation, malicious content, unauthorized access, service disruption, unauthorized automated data extraction, or unsolicited advertising.

Vaghtyar may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

Vaghtyar's software, designs, interfaces, brand, documentation, and proprietary content belong to Vaghtyar or their lawful owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to users.

12. Third-Party Services and Availability

Vaghtyar may use third-party services for calendars, messaging, payments, hosting, analytics, and security. Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed, and maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect the services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vaghtyar is not responsible for providers' professional services, disputes between parties, appointment outcomes, or losses caused by misuse or independent third-party disruptions. Liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Suspension and Account Closure

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for a material breach of these terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, unpaid amounts, or a legal requirement. You may request account deletion in your settings or by contacting support@vaghtyar.com.

15. Changes to These Terms

Vaghtyar may update these terms. The current version and effective date will be published on this page, and material changes will be communicated when required. If you do not accept an updated version, you may stop using the services.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services' primary infrastructure is operated. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through support.

17. General Provisions

If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific terms form the framework governing use of Vaghtyar. If translations conflict, the English version controls.
