This policy explains what information Vaghtyar processes when you use its website, booking pages, subdomains, integrations, and related services, why that information is used, and how users can manage it.

Vaghtyar is the data controller for account and payment information and a data processor for booking information that providers collect from clients. Consent required for specific features is obtained separately.

Vaghtyar determines how account, security, support, payment, and platform operations information is used. Providers decide what information to request from clients and are responsible for ensuring those requests are lawful and proportionate. Vaghtyar processes that information to provide the booking service.

Depending on how you use the services, information may include your name, email address, phone number, login information, profile, language, time zone, availability, appointment details, and booking form responses.

We may also process calendar free/busy times, event information, IP addresses, browser details, access times, technical and security logs, payment status and references, and support messages. Vaghtyar does not store full payment card details.

Providers' public pages may be visible to the public and indexed by search engines. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide booking services, display public pages, manage appointments, synchronize calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts, send appointment and security messages, facilitate payments, provide support, maintain and improve the platform, protect the services, and comply with the law.

Vaghtyar does not sell personal information or provide booking information to third parties for advertising.

Vaghtyar requests only the access required for the selected calendar feature, including checking availability, preventing double bookings, and creating, changing, or deleting appointment events.

Google data is not sold or used for advertising or training general-purpose AI models. It is used only for the requested feature. Users can disconnect the integration or revoke access through their Google Account.

Our use of data received from Google complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Booking information is shared between the relevant provider and client. Technical service providers may process information needed for hosting, email, SMS, calendars, payments, analytics, security, monitoring, or support.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, a court order, or a valid request from a competent authority, or when necessary to protect users, Vaghtyar, or the security of the services.

Vaghtyar uses commonly accepted technical and organizational measures, including secure communications, access controls, authentication safeguards, and monitoring. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected issues to support@vaghtyar.com.

Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the services, maintain security, manage bookings and transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with the law. After account deletion, information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized according to operational and backup processes unless legal or security obligations require its retention.

Information independently held by a provider or third-party service is governed by that party's policy. You can request deletion in your account settings or by contacting support@vaghtyar.com.

Cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar tools may be used to keep you signed in, remember language and time-zone preferences, provide security and functionality, and measure use of the platform. Non-essential tools are used in accordance with applicable consent requirements, and browser settings may affect how the service works.

Subject to applicable law and available functionality, users may view and correct account information, manage public profiles, disconnect external services, request account or data deletion, withdraw consent, and submit privacy questions.

Information required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained. Requests involving information collected by a provider may be coordinated with that provider.

Vaghtyar is not a service specifically designed for children. Providers offering services to individuals below the age of legal majority are responsible for meeting applicable consent, professional, and legal requirements.

This policy may be updated. The current version and effective date will be published on this page, and material changes will be communicated through the platform, by email, or through another appropriate method when required.
